Solution Engineer - Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
We are looking for a Solution Engineer - Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.
Start is in June 2026, 16-months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
As a Professional Solutions Engineer - Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), you will contribute to the full lifecycle of analytics solutions, from design and configuration to maintenance and support. You will work closely with product, analytics, and data engineering colleagues to help deliver reliable insights and reporting that support business decisions.
What you will do
Configure and maintain Customer Journey Analytics components for data analysis, reporting, and visualization
Support the implementation of CJA solutions that capture, process, and analyze multi-channel customer data
Build and maintain segments, calculated metrics, and dashboards that provide actionable insights
Help optimize data flows by collaborating with data engineering teams, supporting data quality and timely integrations
Create reports and visualizations that inform marketing and customer experience decisions
Contribute to development tasks on a regular basis, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders including Business Analysts, Architects, and Digital Product Owners
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and work with cross-functional teams
Support releases and deployments in test and non-production environments, following coding and testing guidelines
Support rollouts of new features, enhancements, and fixes in production and non-production environments
Create and maintain technical documentation for CJA solutions and processes
Share knowledge within the team and continuously improve ways of working
Stay up to date with Adobe CJA capabilities and industry trends to improve our implementations

Required qualifications
Relevant university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent experience
Experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms
Good understanding of analytics concepts such as key metrics, segmentation, and reporting workflows
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with accountability for your deliverables
Proficiency in English
Nice to have
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, or related Adobe ecosystem tools
Relevant Adobe certifications
This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in in June 2026, 16 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
