We are looking for a Cyber Security Program Lead for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.

Start is in March 2026, 6 months limited contract to begin with, Possibility of extension after that.

Description:

You will be Senior Program Manager, with ability to drive cyber security cross-functional digital program. Focuses on managing the program planning, scope, and risk management, implementation, reporting, and performance of the program with the expectation of delivering on time, within budget, and to scope.

You will drive the execution of the program, ensuring the deliveries from associated teams are aligned to meet the overall objectives (OKRs) of the initiative and realize the expected values.

Experience in the area of Cyber Security, Network & Identity management is a big advantage.

Main responsibilities:

•Leading, coordinating and optimizing digital capabilities in a Cyber Security program, enabling digital resource planning and objective fulfillment.

•Collaborate in the Digital Community with areas like People Experience, Manufacturing, Finance, Cyber Security, Digital Engineering, etc.

•Identify risks early, secure mitigation plans, and escalate when needed.

•Communicate decisions, priorities, and expectations clearly across all organizational levels.

•Ensure readiness for each milestone and gate, aligning and coordinating teams across the program lifecycle.

What you'll bring

•Extensive experience of program- and project management (min + 10 years).

•Experience in digital development and operations.

•Knowledge in Cyber Security & Enterprise Architecture.

•Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills and can with ease convey a message to a senior management level and other.

•You are customer focused and have a solution-oriented mindset

•You excel in collaboration, both with internal and external stakeholders, and are passionate about building a work environment based on trust

•You bring a global mindset, cultural awareness, strong business insight, and experience leading projects in cross functional environments.

•You are passionate about digital technology and also about program- and project management and how it can help us to reach our strategic objectives

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in March 2026, 6 months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that.
