We are looking for a senior Business Controller for a company in Västerås. Start is in January,6 months limited contract to begin with. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting assignments of high complexity and strategic importance.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of consultancy products and services.

• Participate actively in the creation and execution of consulting business strategies.

• Drive alignment and development of consultancy solutions tailored to customer requirements.

• Oversee and deliver challenging, high-impact assignments with measurable outcomes.

• Approve and review tasks carried out by team members, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Define and implement best practices to strengthen business performance.

• Engage in management meetings to provide insights and support decision-making.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in business control, consulting, or related fields.

• Strong SAP knowledge and practical experience.

• Proven track record of involvement across three different business lines.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate at senior levels.

This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time consultant position in Västerås through Incluso. Start is in January, 6 months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Västerås.
