Service Support Engineer - PIM (Inriver & Azure)
We are now looking for a Service Support Engineer - Product Information Management within Inriver & Azure, for a global manufacturing company in Lund.
Start is ASAP, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide L2/L3 support for the Inriver PIM platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Coordinate with vendor (Inriver) and internal development teams for escalations.
2. Data Operations & Monitoring
- Manage and monitor data synchronization between Inriver, Azure, and downstream systems.
- Handle troubleshooting of data pipelines, APIs, and connectors.
- Perform routine health checks, validations, and batch job monitoring.
3. Azure Data Management
- Work with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and related services for data ingestion and transformation.
- Develop or maintain scripts and automation tools for recurring operational tasks.
4. Change & Release Management
- Support deployment activities, configuration changes, and release testing.
- Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify system inefficiencies and propose optimizations.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and team process enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in application or system support roles, preferably in product data management environments.
- Strong knowledge of Inriver PIM, including data model configuration, workflows, and inte-grations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, especially Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions.
- Solid understanding of API integrations, RESTful services, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Experience with incident, change, and release management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues clear-ly.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, or product master data management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based systems.
- Exposure to Power BI or similar tools for monitoring and analytics.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or SQL).
- Scrum Master/Jira/Confluence
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
- Inriver or Microsoft Azure certifications will be a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
