We are looking for a Software Engineer- AWS for a global company in Gothenburg.

Start is in November 2025, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced software developer with deep expertise in AWS serverless architecture and TypeScript. You will develop and maintain scalable, robust, and cost-effective development support services for our internal Microservices platform, with a focus on automation, security, and best practices.

Technical Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years working with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Step Functions).
• Solid experience with TypeScript and Node.js in production environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Serverless Framework.
• Good understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc).
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing (Jest, Mocha, or similar).
• Knowledge of security aspects in cloud environments (IAM, least privilege, secrets management).
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting serverless applications (CloudWatch, X-Ray).

Bonus skills:

• Experience integrating with external APIs and third-party services.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate).
• Experience with DevOps and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain development supporting services for AWS using TypeScript.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers.

Education:

• University degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
