Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are searching for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a global company in Gothenburg to aligning HR strategies with business objectives and ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
Assignment:
This role collaborates closely with leadership teams to drive HR initiatives that support business growth and employee development. The role will have a strong focus on supporting the organization through a period of transition, working closely with leaders and employees during times of change. You will play a key role in ensuring that the change journey is managed with clear communication, professional leadership support, and a people-centric HR approach. This includes handling complex HR matters where high integrity, sound judgement, and discretion are essential.
Lead & Drive
- Oversee and execute core HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
Partner & Advise
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, team performance, and engagement.
- Provide confident HR leadership during organizational transitions, including sensitive workforce-related matters that require sound judgement, discretion, and prior experience from similar situations.
Analyze & Optimize
- Leverage HR data and analytics to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and improve HR effectiveness.
- Manage & Ensure Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices, maintaining high standards in people management and organizational integrity.
- Support the business in managing sensitive HR matters with professionalism and discretion
Background:
As part of clients ongoing efforts to replace an employee resigning within the HR Business function, client is seeking an experienced and qualified consultant to provide expert guidance and support in HR. You will work closely with the team to enable client to reach its internal goals.
The team:
The HR business team at HQ consist of four senior HRBPs, who support and covers all global functions within the company.
Requierd skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in broad HR
- Relevant Expertise: Demonstrated experience in general HRBPs task with focus on redundancy experience.
- Education/Certifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources,
- Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or other relevant experience considered equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: English and Swedish
This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This position is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
