We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer for a global telecom company in Stockholm.

Start is ASAP, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Integration Developer to design and build a microservice that will act as a shim layer between Genesys Cloud, a customer experience platform, and an external AI service. This microservice will run in a Kubernetes-based PaaS environment hosted in AWS and integrate with AI services hosted in Azure. The developer will be hands-on in building, testing, and deploying this integration layer, ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy a microservice in AWS Kubernetes to serve as a shim layer between a customer engagement platform and an AI service.
• Implement the logic required to manage real-time communication and routing between platforms.
• Design and expose API endpoints, handle streaming events, and ensure low-latency performance.
• Ensure secure data handling, including authentication, authorization, and compliance requirements.
• Optimize for scalability, resilience, and observability in a real-time interaction context.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and platform engineers to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
• Document the microservice architecture, design patterns, and operational runbooks.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in microservice/backend development (Java, Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Proven experience deploying applications in Kubernetes (EKS, Helm, operators, manifests, CI/CD pipelines).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Azure-hosted AI services and APIs.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time APIs (WebSocket, streaming, gRPC, etc.).
• Solid understanding of cloud security, data protection, and compliance best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Stockholm (Hybrid). Start is ASAP, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
