We seek a technology planning expert to join Huawei R&D in Stockholm, Sweden.

You will search through European resources using public channels and write clear reports that show useful business or research results.

You will work closely with the industry development team, technology planning team and local R&D team.

Qualifications and Requirements
Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related fields.

Strong technical insight, capability and wide ICT knowledge, aware of technology trends, and sensitive to state-of-the-art ICT technologies.

Experience in technology planning, 6G, Communication, Cloud and AI, HPC, Digital Energy

Extensive experience in participating in Horizon Europe or National research projects.

High skills in teamwork and interpersonal communication, as well as building relationships.

Fluently in English (both spoken and written); Native Chinese speaker is a plus
