We are looking for a HIL Test Infrastructure Manager – Automotive Embedded Systems for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.

Start is in September 2025, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Role description

In your roles focus will be in Software Development IT Infrastructure environments you will manage IT requirements, define IT infrastructure architecture and relevant usage of our clients infrastructure services according to our clients IT Infrastructure landscape and security regulations. You are responsible in securing actions in the roadmap within your scope.

You will secure proper communication around Infrastructure services, regarding quality & performance; including major incidents affecting your stakeholders, changes that are impacting operation, follow-up meeting with stakeholder, etc. You have a responsibility to do your work and to continuously develop yourself and your way of working.

To be successful in the position you need to have an IT architect background. We expect that you have managed Hardware in the Loop Rig (HIL Rigs) and have experience from platform as a service. 

Besides having the technical knowledge, you are expected to be a proactive team player, result oriented, willing to share your knowledge and at the same time be receptive. 

Required knowledge/experience

• A Master or Bachelor degree in information technology or equivalent. Professional experience is required as well as ITIL knowledge.
• Preferred experience from software development infrastructure like HIL Rig, Windows, Linux environment, network, firewall, computer and server.
• Experience in infrastructure solutions for embedded software development: Jenkins, Docker, PaaS, IaaS are good to have.
• You need to be efficient in requirement management and to build bridges between our software factory and infrastructure solutions.
• Experience of problem solving, continuous improvement work and Agile wow is a plus.
• We are a truly global and diverse company, so our cooperate language is English. Swedish is also required due to local position in Lundby.
