We are looking for an "UX/UI Designer" for a global company in Lund. 

Start is in April, 9 month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Job Summary:

The company is developing and delivering E2E connected solutions in the Food & Beverage industry, we are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help us develop the UX/UI for the Processing part of this business.

What you will do:

In this role, you will make an impact by

• Design intuitive products’ interfaces using wireframes and prototypes, aimed at maximizing the user experience with Automation & Digital products.
• Plan and conducts user research to capture customers’ needs, clarify product requirements with internal key stakeholders (e.g. Product Managers, Key account team), and translate them into user-friendly product interfaces
• Organize and execute concepts ideation sessions through dedicated workshops
• Work closely with the Development Team to provide product design indications and to ensure that products meet technical constraints
• Interact with UI Architects & Developers to define the interface architecture for our HMI and SCADA products
• Actively implementing the UX design in our HMI / SCADA solutions

We believe you have:

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:

• Some years’ experience in working with User Experience design in the Digital / SW area, and/or in Industrial HMI / SCADA solutions
• Background in Human-Computer Interaction & Communication Sciences
• University Master degree education will be considered a plus
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is a must.
• Understand business implications of product’s design
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Knowledge of the technology applications in the Food & Beverage domain (as a plus)

Technical competence:

• Knowledge and proven skills in UX/UI design principles, user interface design, interaction design,
• Experience in wireframing and prototyping and related tools (Figma preferred choice)
• Experience with Design Thinking approach and User Research methodologies
• Experience with industrial HMI / SCADA products

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Lund. Start is in April, 9 month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
