Cyber Security (IAM) Analyst

We are looking of a Cyber Security (IAM) Analyst for a global company in Stockholm. Start is in April, 7-month limited contract to begin with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integration activities between HR systems and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) between HR and IAM teams

  • Lead IAM-related initiatives for Fieldglass (internal HR tool)

  • Support the Enterprise IAM Transformation Program

  • Ensure alignment between HR processes and IAM governance frameworks

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in IAM and HR system integrations

  • Strong understanding of HR-to-IAM/IGA tool integrations

  • Solid knowledge of IAM processes, including joiner-mover-leaver (JML), access governance, and role management

  • Experience working cross-functionally between business and technical teams

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time consultant position in Stockholm through Incluso. Start is in April, 7-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Stockholm.
