Parts Order Manager
We are looking for a Parts Order Manager for a company in Eskilstuna. Start is March 16th, 5 months contract to start with. This role is 100% onsite in Eskilstuna.

In the role as Parts Order Manager you will add value by providing support to Dealers and help the business run smoother.
What will you be doing?
As Parts Order Manager you are a key interface for dealers. You will be the go-to person when it comes to parts order and logistics questions. Your support and ability to solve these challenges for the dealers will be an import driver of the business. Your responsibilities will be to support the Region Europe and International Dealers with their daily parts order and logistic questions. You will manage the order processes and systems needed. You will also drive backorder recovery activities.
Furthermore, you will:
- Secure and develop the cross-functional cooperation and processes throughout the whole supply chain.
- Support Region EU/Int Market Areas in supply/logistic issues.
- Secure Dealer competence in order handling process and order systems and perform Dealer training.
- Actively support continuous improvement activities within the organization as well as the Dealers.

Practical knowledge and experience required for this role is typically obtained through education and work experience. The right candidate for this role typically requires 1-3 years relevant experience.
Required knowledge and experiences for the position:
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken
- Excellent skills in written text, in both english and swedish.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in similar role.
- University degree or other relevant Technical degree, e.g. within engineering.
- Curious and driven mindset.
Other meritorious experience:
- Logistics experience, preferable from aftermarket business
- Knowledge in building system support tools (MS 365 tools, Power BI, Co Pilot etc).
- Experience building networks in a multi- cultural environment
- Experience from international customer support is an asset
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Driving license B
- Interest or knowledge in automation and digitalization & AI.
This is a full-time consultant position in Eskilstuna through Incluso. Start is March 16th, 5 months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Eskilstuna.
