HR Business Partner
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the Robotics business of a company in Västerås. Start is ASAP, 12 months limited contract (parental leave). This role is 100% onsite in Västerås.
Although this position is parental leave cover, an exciting growth journey lies ahead of us, so you never know what the future holds. In this role, you will work broadly across HR topics, supporting the organization in both strategic and operational areas. You will be part of a dynamic HR team consisting of three other HR Business Partners and play a key role in building our new HR function.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting initiatives closely related to our business targets, combined with driving & coordinating HR process improvement projects. For this job, you need to be target-oriented and thrive on creating structure, solving problems, and having a close collaboration with our business leaders. Additionally, you will actively participate in the project preparing for the relocation to our brand-new Robotics Campus, a major investment of USD 282 million, scheduled for completion in 2027. This is a full-time temporary position based at our office in Finnslätten, Västerås. We work most of our time in the office, since this is where our people are.
Responsibilities:
Align our People Priorities with the organizational business goals.
Representing HR within the business, building strong relationships with leaders, and providing guidance on HR matters.
Through your labor expertise and experience, guide our managers in personnel matters such as local union negotiations, competence management and disciplinary matters.
Drive and participate in core HR activities such as Annual Salary Review, People Review Sessions, Succession Planning, Performance Development Appraisals, and Engagement Survey.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and organizational dynamics and translate insights into actionable plans.
Proactively work with current and future talent, while promoting Diversity & Inclusion across the organization.
Work with continuous improvements in our HR processes to create simplicity and smoothness for our people in the organization.
Participate in and drive global and local HR projects.
Your background:
Academic degree within Human Resources or Behavioral Science.
At least 5 years of experience from other relevant HR roles.
You have experience in building long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as business managers, union representatives, and external partners.
As a person, you achieve results through curiosity and collaboration with others and show a genuine interest in the business and our customers.
It is important that you are willing to take initiative, have a coaching approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and build trust.
Having a strong sense of structure is considered an asset in this role.
You are fluent in Swedish and English.
