HR Project Coordinator
We are looking for an HR Project Coordinator for a global company in Södertälje. Start is in mid January, 6 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 50% onsite in Södertälje.
Assignment
Project coordinator for a major system and process transformation project within People & Culture. Within the framework of the project (harmonizing processes and decoupling systems), several streams are operated with sub-project managers. This assignment is as a project coordinator supporting the project manager.
The tasks include:
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities
- Collect and consolidate status updates from stakeholders
- Track delegated tasks and follow up on deadlines
- Facilitate communication with IT on system-related issues
- Support process harmonization and system decoupling efforts
- Help maintain a positive and collaborative project environment
- Assist in building rapid engagement, trust and buy-in through a people-centred approach
- Update the project plan and risk register as needed
- Adopt a people-centric and data-driven working style
- Enhance organizational readiness for transition
- Prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute meeting notes
- Document project progress and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support for strategic and tactical decisions

Required technical competence
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Organization, HR, Change Management)
- Good understanding of HR systems
- Leadership experience
- Experience of coordinating change projects within HRIT/HR digitalization
- Strong skills in Swedish and English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Experience of building and facilitating teams and collaboration
This is a full-time consultant position in Södertälje through Incluso. Start is in mid January, 6 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 50% onsite in Södertälje.
