We are looking for a Business Analyst - IT Projects for a company in Gothenburg. Start is mid January, 14 months limited contract. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with knowledge and experience. You have excellent analytical skills. You are good at communicating, both when it comes to technical details as well as business needs. Being a team player with a positive mindset and a customer-oriented attitude is in your nature. You have a “can do” attitude solving challenges together, making sure to complete each sprint as planned. We would like new colleagues to have curiosity, drive and being a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Document functional and technical specifications for IT projects.
• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication.
• Support project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new functionality and enhancements.
• Perform user acceptance testing together with business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Drive end2end scope across teams, understanding the whole picture.
• Promote the use of digital enablers and strategic partnerships to maximize value creation.

Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• A team player with a great sense of owner mentality
• A curious and innovative mindset

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in mid January , 14 months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg
