Portfolio Planner
We are looking for a Portfolio Planner for a global company in Lund. Start is ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with. This role is 75% onsite in Lund.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Planning
• Proactively identify gaps and underperforming processes, analyze bottlenecks, and drive improvements independently (from gap identification through solution design and full implementation readiness) working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Maintain and update the integrated portfolio roadmap aligned with business needs and other organisations
• Ensure transparency of data through clear visualization (Portfolio views, programmes views, project views, org workload, KPIs, Decisions, Financial views, etc.)
• Benchmark outside the organization to identify possible improvement opportunities
Governance & Reporting
• Support governance forums with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy of portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and status reports for better-informed strategic and operational decisions
Data Collection & Preparation
• Gathering data from primary and secondary sources. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency by organizing and preparing it for analysis
• Optimizing data management to fit consumption purposes
Tool Development & Automation
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards for portfolio reporting and KPIs
• Create automation workflows using Power Automate and VBA scripts to streamline processes
• Integrate new tools into existing infrastructure with minimal disruption
Data Management & Integration
• Optimize data flows between SAP, PlanView, and other portfolio systems
• Prepare and organize data for consumption and decision-making
• Oversee the implementation process of new systems/tools and integrate them into existing infrastructure with minimal disruption
Knowledge & Skills
Procedures, processes and needs:
- Knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, systems, tools and existing data/information (Waterfall, Agile, PlanView, SAP, Early management, etc.)
- Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting processes
- Deep knowledge of computer science, IT infrastructure, and systems
- Advanced Power Automate skill
- Deep understanding of SAP transactions and dataflows
- Advanced PowerBi development skills
- Able to create VBA scripts to improve Excel files usage
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in portfolio planning, project management, or strategic planning.

• Detailed oriented: Solutions must be robust and fully aligned with stakeholders
• Change management aware
• Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment
• Fluent English and Swedish knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to thrive in a multicultural, high-pace environment
This is a full-time consultant position in Lund through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 75% onsite in Lund.
