Data Governance Leader
We have an open role for a Data Governance Leader in the Data Management Team, reporting to the Data Governance Service Delivery Manager.
About the Role:
Within our company data is at the heart of our transformation journey. We are looking for a consultant to join our Data Governance team on a long-term engagement. Your mission is to drive the adoption of Data Governance practices, including Data Quality, across all business areas. This is a change-driven role in an organization with a general low current maturity, requiring strong leadership in communication and training. You will work as part of the Data Governance team but act as an independent driver, collaborating extensively with the Data Governance SDM, Data and Analytics Leaders and stakeholders at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a change leader to increase adoption of Data Governance practices across the organization.
- Develop and deliver communication and training programs for stakeholders at all levels (VPs, Directors, SMEs).
- Refine and detail the Data Governance framework and role descriptions.
- Build and nurture a Data Governance community to foster engagement and collaboration.
- Promote best practices for using the existing data governance toolset (tools expertise provided by a separate team).

Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance and Data Quality
- Proven experience in change management and driving adoption of governance practices.
- Familiarity with data catalog tools and data governance frameworks.
- CDMP certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Data Quality Management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
This role requires fluency in English.
This is a full-time consultant position in Lund through Incluso. Start is January 12th, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Lund.
