We are looking for a Diagnostic Calibration Engineer for a global automotive company in Gothenburg. Start is January 15th, 1 year contract to begin with.

Position Overview:
As a Diagnostic Calibration Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing diagnostic functions within automotive applications, with a primary focus on passenger cars. Your work will involve collaborating with a team of calibration engineers and function developers to ensure that diagnostic solutions are robust and reliable across all customer use cases. This role encompasses analytical work at your desk, such as data analysis and scripting, as well as hands-on in-car testing to validate the calibration and functionality of diagnostic features.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver calibration results and data in projects according to defined requirements, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Continuously validate the requirements, performance, and reliability of our products to meet customer expectations.
- Foster collaboration within your team and cross-functional groups to develop resilient solutions and align on shared technical designs.
- Actively develop knowledge in diagnostic product development and validation practices to hone your expertise.
- Participate in the improvement of work methods, processes, and procedures to promote consistency and efficiency across teams.

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English.
This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg (Torslanda) through Incluso. Start is January 15th, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Torslanda.
