We are looking for a Business Controller with Operational Excellence for a company in Södertälje. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with.

We believe you are an analytical and structured person and have the ability to work independently in driving the progress and reaching expected results within your areas of responsibility. You are a team player with good leadership skills and can make fast and clear decisions, motivate others and lead by example. You are creative and think outside the box in order to find solutions. Since the role entails recurring presentations we believe you are a good communicator with the ability to convey a message.

You are part of a global management team for an R&D Area and support the organisation in all financial processes such as financial planning, budget, and monthly follow up.

Qualifications:

• Several years (8-10+) of relevant work experience within the controlling field.

• Good expertise in MS Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI is essential for this role
• Good understanding of tools such as EPM Cloud and SAP

Education:

• Master degree in Finance, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

This is a full-time consultant position in Södertälje through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 7 months limited contract to begin with. This position is 100% onsite in Södertälje.
