Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for a company in Vårgårda. Start is ASAP, 4 months limited contract to begin with.
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a key member of the program cross-functional team (CFT). They are the key point of contact for all program financial metrics for the program lifecycle from Opportunity to end of life. They act as a business partner to the Program Manager and CFT. The SFA supports decision making through monitoring of financial KPIs and ensuring decisions are data driven with the goal of improving program financials.
Role & Responsibility:
- Business Partner to the CFT for designated programs, and responsible for all financial activities on these programs, and responsible that all financial activities on these programs, as reflected in the Financial Panel charts, are well managed.
- These activities include, Product Design & Development (PDD) costs, production parts, tooling, prototypes, pre-production costs and program specific capital
- Coordinates the receipt of all program costs required for quote capital, and review the latter for reasonableness
- Prepares production part costs for new programs, and maintain these costs throughout the program life
- Prepares costing and customer quotations for all production parts, prototypes, deviations and tooling throughout the life of the program, and manages the process for obtaining customer purchase orders through the program manager
- Monitors sell price trackers and price giveback status as well as tooling and engineering amortization tracking
- Maintains and updates all cost forecasts in order to accurately project timing of engineering and capital (tooling & equipment) spend
- Support accounts receivable team in the resolution of pricing discrepancies that arise from incorrect pricing, currency, effective dates, and quantities
- Maintain Cost Reduction Roadmaps with the view of improving contribution margin and supporting CFT priority setting
- Maintain management status reports for product design & development (PDD) costs, production parts, prototypes, tooling and pre-production costs for assigned programs. Presents Program dashboard at Program and Executive reviews
- Review and approve all cost changes that are made to ERP that affect program costs
- Develop fiscal program sales and cost of sales budgets based on planning volumes in support of Quarterly Forecast and Business planning process
- Occasional communications with customer with regard to clarifying information submitted on a request for quote (RFQ), or equivalent
- Maintains a listing of commercial issues for each program
- Performs duties in accordance with company's Minimum control requirements and adheres to all compliance policies
- Minimal travel as required
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- 04 year college degree, preferably in business or finance
- At least 05 years of experience in costing or finance positions
- minimum 05-07 years of experience working in an automotive production/manufacturing environment
- Able to work effectively in a global environment

This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
This is a full-time consultant position in Vårgårda through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 4 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% on-site in Vårgårda.
