We are looking for a Junior Business Controller for a company in Gothenburg. Start is in November, 14 months limited contract to begin with. 

You will hold a key supporting role within the finance team and management team. The role entails providing timely data and analyses as well as performing finance administration and working to improve processes and system usage in the organization.

This role combines financial leadership with collaboration with our accounting functions, in supporting organizational goals, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Month-end and year-end closing
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ensuring correct processing of invoices through alignment with several stakeholders
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and work to streamline processes to improve efficiency in invoice handling, purchase orders and other administration
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures across departments

Requierd skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial management or controlling, with experience in administrative leadership. Knowledge of financial regulations, and reporting standards for US listed company
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel.
• Some experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday, etc.), as well as BI tools (PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. 

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in November, 14 months limited contract to begin with.
