Junior People & Culture Business Partner

We are looking for a Junior People & Culture Business Partner for a company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with.
The People Business Partner (PBP) is a trusted advisor to leaders, ensuring that people and culture priorities support The company’s vision, mission, and values. The role combines deep HR expertise with business understanding, enabling leaders to build high-performing, inclusive, and engaging teams. PBPs partner closely with leaders to navigate change, apply people processes consistently, and strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
PBP-specific emphasis: PBPs are role models for Our Spirit in leadership interactions, actively promoting these behaviors across the organization and ensuring people processes reflect these values.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Partnership
- Act as the primary People & Talent Growth contact and advisor for assigned leaders.
- Provide strategic and operational guidance on people topics, including workforce planning, talent, engagement, leadership capability, and change.
- Support leaders in applying people policies, processes, and frameworks consistently and fairly.
- Participate in leadership forums to anticipate and address people-related needs proactively.
Performance, Talent & Development
- Support leaders in conducting performance management in line with the company’s philosophy and agreed ways of working.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of performance and development processes.
- Support leaders to identify, develop, and retain talent, including succession planning.
Culture & Engagement
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Support initiatives for organizational and social work environment.
- Act on insights from employee surveys and other feedback sources.
Organizational Development & Change
- Provide advice on organizational design and roles.
- Support and collaborate on global initiatives and change management initiatives in general, including communications and action plans, ensuring people impacts are managed well.
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with labor law, collective agreements, and company policies.
- Represent the company in union/employee representative negotiations where mandated.
- Advise on employee relations matters to ensure proper resolution.
Domain/Process Ownership
- May be responsible for a specific People domain, process, or project, with accountability evolving over time based on organizational needs.
Mandate & Decision Rights
- Advise and influence leaders on people matters within assigned scope.
- Make salary span recommendations for recruitment and promotion in line with pay policies.
- Represent the company in formal negotiations when mandated.

- Supports assigned leaders and/or PBPs with day-to-day people processes and straightforward matters.
- Independence – Works under close guidance from more experienced PBPs; escalates issues promptly.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–3 years in HR experience; may include internships, HR coordination, or related administrative roles.
HR Knowledge
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment law principles.
Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn people tools.
- Build relationship with colleagues and leaders.
- Open to feedback.
This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with. For this role you need to be able to work on-site in Gothenburg 2-3 days per week.
