We are looking for a Technical Information Specialist for a global company in the Jönköping area. This role is an additional resource to support the Technical Information team. Start is ASAP, 10 months contract to begin with.

Current resources are highly involved in the ongoing NextGen PLM project. The client needs someone who can support the team members firstly with cleansing and correction of existing Publication data in the current system SmarTeam. This is to make it possible for a successful migration into the new system Teamcenter. Eventually it might also include coordination of TechInfo orders to external partner Etteplan (TechWriters creating content for the Company's Operator's Manuals).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on correction of existing links/data for Publications in SmarTeam. Based on Excel input from the team.
• Other supportive tasks where the TechInfo Specialists for Wheeled and Handheld need help
• Potentially more advanced tasks such as responsibility for TechInfo orders to Etteplan and all internal coordination with stakeholders, e.g R&D and Compliance.

Required skills:

• Excel
• We need someone who is service minded, meticulous and organized.
• Project Management skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in the Jönköping area. Start is ASAP, 10 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Jönköping.
