We are looking for a P2P Accountant/AP Accountant for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 10 months contract to begin with.

In our clients P2P team they are today 22 team members, split into 3 different smaller teams with different focus areas: invoice processing team, trouble shooter team, payment team. We are working in different finance systems such as SAP 4 Hana, SAP R3, Odoo, Erpnext, M3, etc dependent on the unit. The team are supporting AP activities for the countries Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Finland and Netherlands.

Your responsibilities and day to day tasks:

• Processing invoices
• Responsible for responding to AP inquiries
• Accountable for AP closing and reporting
• Responsible for clearing and reconciling GR/IR
• Accountable for internal vendor master data
• Working in close contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Work according to internal controls requirements
• Accountable for outgoing payments
• Register and process invoices for units in scope
• Create payment proposals and follow up payments
• Answer questions from business and vendors
• Follow up and work with PIs
• Work with standardization and alignment
• Support the team in backup structure

Requirements:

• Experience in working with AP accounting
• 3-5 years of university studies within Finance or similar
• Prior experience from working in finance systems and as well MS Office, SAP is experience is beneficial
• Good collaboration and team skills
• Working in centrally finance service center experience preferable
• Working within multicultural global teams effectively
• Problem solving mindset
• Capability and willingness to challenge the standards in order to secure accounting and improve processes
• Fluent in writing and speaking English and Swedish

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 10 months limited contract to begin with. This role requires a minimum of 50% on-site work in Gothenburg.
