We are looking for a Commercial Specialist to the Business Tech IT Purchase team within the Commercial function of a global company in Stockholm. You are self-starter and enabler by nature! Start is ASAP, 8 months contract to begin with.

IT Purchase is an important and challenging work. You will be a part of a small team in a continuously changing organization. The team’s main responsibilities include procure hardware and software from our vendors. You will work closely with internal customers and vendors to procure the hardware and software and follow up on deliveries.

In your role it is important to be service-minded and to maintain several contacts on multiple levels, working with parallel orders and expand your business skills and build long-term relationships.

Our goal is to deliver hardware / software in a secure way, with correct quality and to the best price, in the right time. Constant improvement is an integrated part in our way of working and we expect you to contribute in making improvements in process and daily delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Support Business Tech organization with software and hardware related procurement
• Follow up orders and deliveries
• Procurement administration
• Vendor relationships
• Invoice handling

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Admin skills with an eye for details
• Experience of working with purchase orders in a larger organization
• Experience of interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders
• MS Office 365
• Strong business English, both in written and spoken

Good to have:

• ServiceNow experience
• IT equipment knowledge
• Basic software licensing understanding

This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Stockholm. Start is ASAP, 8 months limited contract to begin with. This role requires 80% on-site work in Stockholm.
